I trained as a Cordon Bleu Chef at Silwood Kitchen in Capetown (South Africa). I worked for various restaurants in Capetown before moving to the UK over 20 years ago. After 10 years of working in some of London's finest establishments I moved to Woodbridge, Suffolk, with my husband and we now have two beautiful daughters.
Making cakes and desserts has always been a passion of mine. I love attention to detail and being creative, together with using the best ingredients, always putting quality before cost. There is nothing better than seeing the joy on peoples' faces, and being ever so slightly involved in their celebratory days, Aren't I lucky to love what I do, hopefully bringing some of this joy to you.
